I have completed my EDT lessons with Airport Driving School. I had Daniel as my instructor and can’t thank him enough. He was patient and encouraging and kept the importance of safe driving always in the back of my mind. He uses pictures and diagrams to give you a better idea of what you need to do and he always had no problem answering my questions no matter how small. I would 100% recommend Daniel as an instructor for anyone learning to drive.
I completed my IBT with Airport Driving School last week. My instructor Brendan was very helpful, went through all details and provided feedback on all my mistakes immediately but also praised and encouraged me through out the training, which is very important for a trainee like me who never rode on a motorbike. Instructor Mark, even he is not my instructor, but still provided feedback on my in the yard and on the road performance. Now, even I am still far far away from being an expert, but base on the knowledge and experience gained from the training, I feel quite confident to ride on the road. Highly recommended to whoever want to take the course.

Highly recommend Airport Driving School. I’ve started my driving EDT classes with my instructor Aaron and it has been a fantastic experience. Aaron has been very patient and encouraging, feels safe to drive around as a first time driver with him! If anyone is in any way nervous, I’d highly recommend Aaron. Really nice and relaxed atmosphere and great explanations and training. I heard this was a great school and it definitely is! I would 100% recommend Aaron as an instructor.
I had x2 by x2 hour lessons with John a week before my Driving Test (I left preparation very last minute). In those very few hours with John he thought me so much, and I passed my test first time! I really didn’t think I would, but the stuff he thought me was so simple and made me so much more aware of the road. John was also very accommodating with fitting me in to suit my schedule at very short notice.
After failing the test multiple times I decided to book a pretest with the airport driving school as I had heard it was the best. My instructor Carmel was fantastic. After just two two hour lessons I was ready for the test and a much better driver. Carmel showed me how to approach and deal with every element of the test. It was definitely worth the higher cost as I was completely prepared and did pass my test! Carmel was an amazing instructor and I would recommend the airport driving school to anyone.

He is clam, cool and patient Instructor. He would actually explain every rule of driving.
No matter how nervous you are with wheels, with his skills he will build your confidence by every session. Never seen him getting frustrated even if you are doing same mistake 10 times.
I was driving from long time in India,US and was full of bad habits but he spent good time to ensure not only I pass my test with flying colours but to be a safe driver too.
I passed my test today on my first attempt and it was thanks to Airport Driving School. My instructor, Des, was very supportive and I couldn’t have passed without his help. I found the mock tests with Tom were an excellent way to prepare for the test too, they gave me the experience to remain calm in the test situation. I can’t recommend Airport Driving School highly enough and would advise anyone I know who is planning on taking the test to do their lessons with them. Thanks again to Des, Tom and everyone else involved for helping me pass my test.
Only started lessons with this school a few weeks ago and passed the first time. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Trevor my driving instructor! He was so encouraging but honest during my experience. He gave me the confidence and push I needed and wasn’t afraid to be completely transparent with me about the areas I needed to improve on. He went out of his way to help me and had a very positive attitude about everything. This made my driving experience so much better. I would definitely recommend him for lessons when you join the school!
I started training with Ross Smith under the reduced EDT in January, and he didn’t just give me the rules for the sake of it. He actually explained the practical aspect behind every rule, helping me bring that into practice. He tailored the lessons perfectly based on my previous driving history and correcting any bad habits I picked up over last 10 years, instead of just mechanically going through lessons.
Result: I passed!

I passed my driving test on the 12th July 2019 thanks to Carmel. She gave me great confidence when she was teaching me. She was patient with me and gave all her time. She encouraged me when I felt at times I couldn’t do it. Thanks Camel for helping me pass my test. If I know anyone who is doing their test I would highly recommend Airport Driving School and Carmel.

Passed my driving test today with airport driving school. I couldnt recommend them enough. I was an extremely nervous driver and after failing my test a few years ago it knocked me back and put me off sitting it again. So I booked in for a couple of lessons with Derek, he made me feel so at ease and built up my confidence to go and sit the test again. I then had a mock test with John and another lesson with Des I couldn’t recommend these three lads more they all helped me out so much and I could never thank them enough for helping me to get to where I wanted to be and passing my test. Thank again guys.
All 5 Stars are for my Trainer ‘Jason’. He is a great teacher and a wonderful person. His patience is commendable and no matter how many times I repeated the same mistake, he will every time come up with a new method of teaching it. Airport Driving school is more expensive but it is worth because of the Quality Trainers they provide and Jason is a perfect example. Thank you Jason and Airport Driving School, it was because of all your tips and teachings that I was able to clear my Test in first time with flying colours.

I recently done a bus test with Airport Driving School in order to start a career with Bus Eireann, i had 2 excellent instructors in Jason And Ciaran and i always felt with their guidance that i would pass the test, but for me the cornerstone to success was the mock tests that i had to do, i done them with Tom and i will take his tuition with me everywhere i go he was fantastic but though, he really opened my eyes to the bigger picture, yes this was about the driving test but it was also something for me to take with me for future situations. ill never forget the guys and would like to thank the entire team at Airport Driving school for there excellent service.
Really recommend Airport Driving School in Dublin I passed my D, bus license I want to thank to Airport Driving School, to the supervisor Alan to all the helpful working team, and special thanks to my teacher Sean Nolan.
I recommend you to ask for Sean if you looking to pass with success the D bus license & I am talking from my personal experience. Beside that he taught me to drive the bus he believed in my driving abilities & let me feel comfortable on the road with self confidence. Good luck for all. Really recommend school.

John Ryan was THE BEST driving instructor! He was informed, cheerful and kept me calm all through the preparation for my test. And I passed on the first time with him! He was really good company in the car too. John made the whole experience entirely pleasant. And when the test day came around, I really felt he was routing for me. 5 stars.
Derek is an excellent driving instructor! Both my boyfriend Mike and I did lessons with Derek and passed! I passed my test first time! Before I did lessons with Airport Driving School, I did not feel confident driving and was sure I would fail my first test but Derek got my driving up to the necessary standard and helped me to gain confidence behind the wheel. We both did the motorway lesson with Derek after our tests and I would highly recommend it. It was extremely useful for learning to drive at higher speeds and learning how to drive safely on the motorway.
Just wanted to say thanks very much to Des for helping me pass. There was alot of bad habits I had picked up from driving and I was a bag of nerves but he helped calm me down and I truly believe I would not of passed without his help!! Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone I know that will be looking for lessons and pretests. Thanks so much
Airport driving school were excellent from start to finish in helping me pass my bus test today. My instructor Vasile was great, patient and explained everything very well from the first lessons to the last one. Passed my driving test first time after taking lessons with another instructor I wasn’t happy and a week before my lesson felt I had no chance of passing. Having a full driving license was always an important goal of mine, but I was unsuccessful in a driving test three years ago and it shattered my confidence. After renewing my learner permit for the fourth time, I decided it was time to try again. From the very first lesson, Derek was very calm, professional, down to earth and a great laugh too. Not only did he re-teach me how to drive, but he helped me grow my confidence. As we approached the test I began to feel more assured of my driving and Derek managed to knock the negativity out of me. Six weeks later, I passed the test. I am so grateful for the guidance that I received from Derek in helping me achieve my goal and would highly recommend Derek and Airport Driving School to anyone!!
I was with Airport Driving School for about 6 months before passing my test first time. I didn’t have a car and couldn’t practice outside of these lessons, so was quite nervous about failing. My instructor Derek was excellent though – patient, very experienced and knew exactly where I needed to improve. He helped me manage my nerves and I felt confident when taking the test. I recently passed my driving test for the large coach. Amin is a quality instructor. The vehicle is top class, and the pre test that Airport Driving school recommend you take during the lessons really helped me to pass my test.
I had an excellent experience learning to drive a bus at Airport Driving School. My instructor, Sean Nolan was an excellent teacher and helped me become a confident driver. It is over a year ago since I passed my driving test and I have since gone on to get full time employment as a bus driver.
